Placing Orders

Terms
CMW Stainless takes credit card payments from American
Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Or payment Net 30 after a business
account has been established. Business credit form to be
determined.
Tax
Purchasers shall
pay sales and use taxes as required.
Quotations
Prices do not
include taxes or freight.
Returns/Exchanges
Materials being returned must have a CMW Stainless’ Return
Materials Authorization number (RMA #) issued. Call CMW
Stainless’ Quality Control Manager for the issue of this
number. CMW Stainless return policy is valid for 45 days
after delivery of goods.
CMW
Stainless will at their discretion repair, replace or issue
credit for materials being returned.
Claims
A package which
is damaged or lost during transit will be the responsibility
of the carrier.
